Refund Policy

Refund against Cancellation:

If an order is cancelled or a payment fails, customers will receive a refund through the original mode of payment, which could be a credit/debit card, net banking, or third-party wallet.

Refund against Return:

Refunds will be credited to the bank account entered by the customer during the return request. If the bank account details are invalid, the Vital Vibes reserves the right to refund to the customer’s bank account.
Refunds for payments made through credit/debit card, net banking, or third-party wallet may take 7 to 15 working days to process, and there may be delays due to bank processing.
